Shipping Info: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 4 days and shipped via either PostNL, or a third party parcel service to the address provided by you.
Allow up to 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders abroad may take longer, depending on your location.
For the Netherlands a standard delivery fee of €4,- to €6,75 applies depending on package size.

For shipments within Europe a delivery Fee of €4,65 to €9,30 applies depending on package size.

For shipments to the UK a delivery Fee of €6 to €12 applies depending on package size.
Return Policy: You, as the customer, have the right to terminate the sale and return items within 14 days after the date of delivery. Should you want to make use of this right, you are obliged to notify us within 14 days after the date of delivery. Should you notify us after 14 days you may not be eligible for a full refund. Notifying us can be done via email Said items must also be shipped within 14 days after delivery. You must be able to prove the items have been shipped to us within said 14 days. The designated return address will be provided upon notification.

A full refund of the amount paid will commence within 14 days after receipt if returned items are:

- Returned in their original packaging;
- Have not been worn/used;
- Have not been damaged in any other way;
- Are returned in their original unworn condition.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are paid for by the consumer.
